This recipe is so quick and easy that it's basically fool proof!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 ripe bananas
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup organic honey
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 4 eggs
- 50g dark chocolate, smashed
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with baking paper or a little bit of coconut oil.
- Peel bananas and mash them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and add them to the mashed bananas.
- Heat coconut oil and honey in a pot to combine then add mixture to bananas.
- Add in coconut flour and dark chocolate and whisk to combine.
- Bake in the over for 45 minutes or until cooked.
Serve it with just about anything you like - coconut ice cream, organic butter, berries or some extra melted chocolate.
