Silver at Rome International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship

Congratulations to Nate Calingao on his silver medal at the Rome International Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship.

Nate has been very consistent with his strength training and nutrition this past year and it is great to see him getting the rewards for his hard work and discipline. I am confident this is only the beginning of successful competitions for Nate as he still has so much room to improve.

Nate is backing up for the No Gi European Jiu-Jitsu Championship on Sunday. He will be focusing on his recovery between now and then.
